Event creative and documentation work for the NBCC International Women's Day 2025 conference at Unilever Rotterdam, covering visual design, photography, videography, and campaign content.
On 7 March 2025, the Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce held its International Women's Day event at Unilever's office in Rotterdam. Around 200 guests attended, including HRH Princess Annemarie de Bourbon de Parme, UK Ambassador Joanna Roper, and senior leaders from Meta, Rabobank, Heineken, Diageo, Dopper, and Philips. The theme was Accelerate Action.
I came on as Event Creative and Digital Support from February through March. The work covered the full creative and documentation scope of the event.
On the visual side, I developed the key assets: internal screensaver broadcasts across Unilever HQ, event posters, microsite banners, and partner-facing materials. I also designed the LinkedIn campaign templates used to build visibility ahead of and after the event.
For documentation, I handled photography and videography on the day, then managed distribution of the media assets afterward. I directed the official after-movie recap from production through to final cut.
After the event, I extended the campaign by producing additional digital content for FairKitchens and Unilever Food Solutions across multiple platforms.
