Meimories.nl is where I keep the work that matters to me. The name is a play on memory, because that's what photography does at its best: it holds something still long enough for you to feel it again later. Most of what I shoot is personal. Portraits of people in their own space. Graduation days that are more about relief and quiet pride than the pose. Families moving through a moment together. Street scenes that catch something true before it disappears. I also work with brands when the brief has room for something real, not product shots against white backgrounds, but imagery with actual texture and context. What I shoot Portrait: individuals and families, usually on location, always with attention to how people actually look when they're relaxed. Events: coverage that doesn't interrupt what's happening. Street: personal work, ongoing. Graduation: the ceremony and everything around it. The approach is the same across all of it. Documentary instinct, close attention, and as little interference as possible.
